LinQ Verification

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LinQ Verification, a private Roblox-to-Discord account linking service operated by LinQ Studios (“LinQ Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, creating a profile, linking accounts, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is published separately and applies alongside these Terms.
LinQ Verification is a private service that allows users to connect a Discord account with a Roblox account through our website at verify.linq-studios.com and associated Discord application functionality. Verification may unlock community-based perks in Discord guilds that are connected to the application, including roles, nicknames, personal channels, or similar features. Such perks may be tied to community roles or ranks, gamepasses, badges, or other Roblox-based conditions as configured by each guild.
Guilds that receive access to the Discord application and its features are strictly invite-only. The public website may be visited by anyone, but use of the verification flow requires a Discord account and a Roblox account that are eligible under these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use LinQ Verification. If you are under 13, you may not use the service and you may be blocked from authorizing our app.
By using the service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have the right and authority to connect the accounts you submit; and (c) your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of Discord and Roblox.
The verification process works in the following general steps:
You are responsible for keeping your linked accounts available and in good standing. We do not guarantee that a linked profile will remain eligible for access if Discord or Roblox changes its systems, policies, availability, or authorization rules.
We store only the information needed to operate the service and associated administration, including:
Retention periods are as follows: Roblox information is retained until the Roblox account is unlinked or the profile is permanently deleted. Discord information is retained until the profile is permanently deleted.
A button on the profile page allows you to permanently erase collected data and delete the profile. When a profile is permanently deleted, perks bound to the linked accounts are expected to be reverted in participating guilds to the extent supported by those guilds' configurations and Discord application permissions.
Requests for access to stored data may be submitted through our support Discord server at verify.linq-studios.com/support. Data handling is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which exists separately from these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the service, other users, or participating guilds.
LinQ Verification administrators may issue manual permanent global bans to individuals who violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards, violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or otherwise misbehave in guilds that use the application.
A global ban may prevent future use of the service and may affect access to associated perks or features. Ban decisions may be appealed through our support Discord server. We may uphold, modify, or remove a ban at our discretion after reviewing the circumstances.
Perks provided through participating guilds are controlled by those guilds and may include roles, nicknames, access to personal channels, or similar features. Perks may be tied to Roblox ranks, gamepasses, badges, or other conditions selected by the guild.
We do not guarantee any specific perk, ranking, role, channel, or entitlement. Participating guilds may change their rules, access requirements, rewards, or Discord application configuration at any time. We are not responsible for decisions made by individual guild administrators, provided those decisions are carried out through their own server settings and permissions.
Third parties, other than participating Discord guilds acting through the application's limited configured features, may not use our data. The project is not open-source, and no source code, data, API access, or internal system access is granted unless we expressly authorize it in writing.
Any external service, platform, or tool you use in connection with LinQ Verification remains governed by its own terms and policies.
The website, Discord application, branding, content, code, and related materials are owned by LinQ Studios or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no license or ownership rights are transferred to you.
The verification process is free. We do not charge users for verification, and we do not accept donations for this service. We reserve the right to keep the service free, modify it, or discontinue it at any time, subject to applicable law.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, Discord application, or related features at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or permanent availability.
You understand that outages, maintenance, third-party outages, policy changes, rate limits, infrastructure failures, bugs, glitches, and other disruptions can occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinQ Verification is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the service will be secure, error-free, or free of defects, nor do we guarantee that linked accounts, perks, or stored data will always remain available or recoverable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinQ Studios and its owners, administrators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of access, loss of reputation, loss of perks, or loss of use arising out of or related to the service.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for: service downtime; shutdowns; global bans or other enforcement actions taken by Roblox or Discord; loss of data; bugs, glitches, or malfunctioning features; or any other issues inherent to a hobby project or community service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, delete your profile, or revoke associated features if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, if we must do so to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service.
If your profile is deleted or terminated, related perks in participating guilds may be removed or revert automatically depending on the guild's setup and Discord permissions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply when posted on the website or otherwise made available to users. Your continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
LinQ Studios is based in the Czech Republic and the service is offered internationally. These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable European Union law and, where a national governing law must apply, the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Any dispute should first be raised with us through our support Discord server so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
